Ashanti Douglas, also known as Ashanti was was born in Glen Cove New York United States on 13th October 1980. She is an American singer-songwriter and actor. The talent of Ashanti was discovered as a teen. The singer signed with Murder Inc. Records, in 2002. In the same year, she made an appearance on Fat Joe's What's Luv? She appeared as a character in the Christmas in the City film and also played Latasha in Army Wives. Aitch is one of the British artist, took a sample of her song Rock wit U for Baby on the 10th of March in 2022.
