Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name on TV. Her parents are from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December in 1976. The next year was not long after when she relocated to Texas. She began a career as a physical therapist. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in independent local films, as well as worldwide commercials. Even with the minor roles, she discovered that she was a performer with a love. She then moved into New York in 2001 and got her first role in the role of Rosa Santos on All My Children which is a soap for the daytime. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she played small roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first big series part in the drama The Mountain. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to star alongside some top TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She played A.D.A. on Law & Order in the year 2006. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Then, she appeared in The Law & Order: LA brief-lived sequel. De La Garza's character was recognized with several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She was also awarded ALMA Award nods. In 2008 she took home an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments further. She was Marisol Deko in the role of Horatio Caine's wife. Her most recent appearance on TV was in the role of Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's somewhat dark comedy Do No Harm. It was pulled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Milano was born Italian with a 10-year-old younger brother who is named Cory. Her family was an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven old. Babysitters took her to the first audition. Four girls were chosen from over 1000 applicants. Milano was featured on television in commercials and off Broadway productions like a musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
